Now with even more Custom Shell- The new Salomon 360° Custom Shell ski boots. Almost the whole of the lower shell (clog) is now heat mouldable and customisable to your individual foot shape; not only sideways at the toes but now completely wrapping around the instep and ankle area.

 

The customisation process for a perfect fit takes 20 minutes. The shells (minus the liners) is heated up in a special oven in our store, when they are cooked and ready, with the liners back in; you step in and allow the shell to mould and form contours of your feet. Once cooled it retains your precise foot shape. The shell can go from 98mm to 104mm.

 

After the shell moulding process and we then heat mould the liners for even more personalisation to your feet.

Thanks to a new quick entry geometry, the Cube3 is extremely easy to get into. Simply tilt back the shaft and step in. In addition, the 3-buckle construction with an oversized top buckle allows easy and quick buckling in and a great, snug fit.

EASY WALK
Outside of the ski binding, the shaft of the Cube3 is always unlocked, allowing natural walking.

EASY SKI
The moment you step into your ski binding the patented integrated AutoSkiWalk mechanism blocks the shaft, allowing you to speed off down the mountain without bowing, bending or buckling. This, in combination with the (patended) SoftWalk heel and grip system on the heel, makes the Cube3 a superb walking boot.

The new SALOMON Quest Max 120 Custom Shell Ski Boots 2013 have the new extended 360° Custom Shell technology which expands and moulds 360° around your feet for a perfect individual fit.

Salomon 360° Custom Shell Technology. For an exact fit the shell is heated up in a special oven in our store for 10 minutes, and after you step in the boots and allow the shell to mould and form to the contours of your feet for an exact personal fit, in less than 20 minutes. Includes custom heat moulding of the liner too. The Custom Shell has a special material called Kaprolene that adapts to your feet, once cooled it retains your precise foot shape. Can be re-moulded as needed.
